OUTREACH Committee News
Monday, January 12th, 2009The Outreach Committee extends their appreciation to those who baked cakes and
volunteered for the various duties for The Gathering Table dinner on January 18.
We served approximately 70 dinners.
We are looking for a small chest freezer. If anyone has a freezer available that could
be donated, it would be very much appreciated. Please talk to any of the committee
members.
Upcoming Events:
February 15 - The Gathering Table dinner. Please watch for a sign-up sheet
for baked goods and helping at the dinner.
March 13 - Pot luck dinner and game night. Watch for more information
and a sign-up sheet.
March 28 - Meatloaf dinner. Ticket prices: $7.50 for adults; $4.00 kids
ages 5-10; under 5 free. Two seatings: 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Proceeds from the dinner will be used for The Gathering Table.
