WOMEN’S SERVICE BOARD
The Women’s Service Board of Fairport Baptist Homes is planning several fundraising trips this year to replace the funds usually provided by the “Plain & Fancy” annual sale which was discontinued. The first trip this year is scheduled for Tuesday, June 9. The bus tour will include a visit to Partyka Farm Market, a riding tour of the Country Barn Quilt Trail, lunch at Tillman’s Historic Village Inn in Childs, visit to Brown’s Berry Patch in Waterport, and a stop at the Ridge Road Station. Bus leaves from Parma Baptist Community Church at 9:00 a.m. and returns there at 4:45 p.m. Lunch choices are Prime Rib or Turkey with stuffing. The price per person is $55 (check payable to Women’s Service Board) due by May 23 to Sue Scheirer, 4427 Carter Road, Fairport, NY 14450.
